အဝေးရောက်ဧရာဝတီအသင်း OIAသည် မြဝတီတိုက်ပွဲ အခြေအနေကြောင့် ပြောင်းရွှေ့လာရသော စစ်ဘေးရှောင်ပြည်သူများထံသို့ ထမင်းဘူး9302ဘူး၊ရေသန့်နှင့်အခြားလိုအပ်ချက်များကို သွားရောက်ကူညီထောက်ပံ့ပေးခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။စစ်ဘေးရှောင်ပြည်သူများသည် မြန်မာပြည်ဘက်ခြမ်းတွင် ပြောင်းရွှေ့နေထိုင်နေရသော်လည်း မိမိတို့ နေရပ်သို့ မပြန်ရဲကြသေးသူများသည် ရေပူဂိတ်တွင် နေထိုင်လျက်ရှိရာ စစ်ဘေးရှောင်ပြည်သူများအတွက် ယာယီတဲအိမ်များ ဆောက်လုပ်ပေးရန် OIAမှစီစဥ်လျက်ရှိပီး မြေနေရာများသွားရောက်ကြည့်ရှု့ပြီးပြီဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၁၉.၅.၂၀၂၄ ရက်တွင် OIAမှ ယာယီတဲအိမ် နမူနာကို ဆောက်လုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ အိမ်သည် အဆိုပါစစ်ဘေးရှောင်ပြည်သူများ မိုးတွင်းကာလတွင် အဆင်ပြေစေရန်ရည်ရွယ်၍ OIAမှ ဆောက်လုပ်ပေးမည့် ယာယီတဲအိမ်ပုံစံဖြစ်ပါသည်။ယာယီတဲအိမ်ဆောက်လုပ်ပေးနိူင်ရန် လှူဒါန်းပေးခဲ့ကြသည့် အလှူရှင်များကိုလည်း OIA မှ အထူးပင်ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပြီး အိမ်လုံး (၁၀၀)ဆောက်လုပ်ပေးနိူင်ရန် ပြင်ဆင်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

Overseas Irrawaddy Association (OIA) assisted a total number of 9,302 Meal Boxes, Purified Drinking Water, and other basic needs to the displaced civilians who took refuge at IDP camps according to the impact of armed-conflicts at Myawaddy Battle. Although they moved and stayed at various location at Myanmar side, others who cannot go back to their native villages are currently staying at Yay Pu Gate. Therefore, OIA prepared to construct temporary shelters for these populations and checked the construction sites properly.
On May 19, 2024, OIA constructed a sample of Temporary Shelter. This shelter was a sample model constructed by OIA and it was dedicated for the convenient lifestyles of the displaced civilian in Rainy Season. OIA showed their sincerest gratitude to the donors who supported to construct temporary shelters and prepared to construct a total number of 100 temporary shelters.
