ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံတော်လုံခြုံရေးကော်မရှင် နယ်စပ်ရေးရာဌာန ဥက္ကဌ Mr.Rangsiman Romeမှ အဖွင့်နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်စကားပြောကြားပြီး သက်ဆိုင်သူများမှ ရွေးပြောင်းလာသူများအရေး၊နယ်စပ်ကုန်သွယ်ရေး၊တရား မဝင်အွန်လိုင်းလောင်းကစားလုပ်ငန်းများ၊စစ်ဘေးရှောင်များကိစ္စ၊ဒုက္ခသည်စခန်းများကိစ္စ အစရှိသဖြင့်ကဏ္ဍအလိုက်ဆွေးနွေးတင်ပြကြသည်။
ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် OIAမှဆွေးနွေးတင်ပြရာတွင် နိုင်ငံရေးအခြေအနေများ ကြောင့် ပြောင်းရွေ့လာသည့် လူ့အခွင့်ရေးကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်သူများအရေး ၊နယ်စပ်စစ်ဘေးရှောင်ပြည်သူများအရေးတို့ကိုအဓိကထားဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပြီး ဖော်ပြပါ အချက်(၃)ချက်ကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာများမှဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါရန် အထူးပြု တောင်းဆိုတိုက်တွန်းခဲ့သည်။
-နယ်စပ်သောင်းရင်းမြစ်ကမ်းနဘေးတွင်စစ်ဘေးရှောင်နေရသော စစ်ဘေးရှောင်များနှင့်တဖက်ကမ်းရှိထိုင်းပြည်သူများ၏ ရုပ်ပိုင်းနှင့်စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုံခြုံရေးများအရ လက်နက်ကြီးလက်နက်ငယ်များအပါအဝင် လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုများကို နယ်စပ်မျဉ်း(အကွာအဝေးတခုသတ်မှတ်၍)အနီးတွင်မပြု လုပ်ရန်အတွက် ထိုင်းဘက်မှနိုင်ငံတကာနှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍တောင်းဆိုပေးရေး
-နိုင်ငံရေးအခြေအနေများကြောင့်ရွေ့ပြောင်းလာသူ လူအရင်းအမြစ်များကို စနစ်တကျအသုံးချရန်အတွက်ရည်ရွယ်၍ ၂၀၀၅ခုနှစ်ကကဲ့သို့ နေထိုင်ခွင့် (ထောရော၃၈)လက်မှတ်များကို အသေအချာစီစစ်၍ထုတ်ပေးနိုင်ရေး
-စစ်ဘေးရှောင်းများအတွက် ရိက္ခာပစ္စည်းများပို့ဆောင်မှုများကို ပိုမိုခွင့်ပြုပေး ရေးတို့ကို တောင်းဆိုခဲ့သည်။
ဆွေးနွေးတင်ပြမှုများအပြီးတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်ရှိသူများဘက်မှလည်း ၎င်းတို့သိရှိလိုသည်များကို ရင်းနှီးပွင့်လင်းစွာဆွေးနွေးမေးမြန်းခဲ့ကြပြီး သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ အပြန်အလှန်မျှဝေခဲ့ကြသည်။

U Phoe Thingyan, Executive Director of Overseas Irrawaddy Association, attended the meeting conducted and led by Mr. Rangsiman Rome, the Chairman of the Border Affairs Department of the National Security Commission of Thailand, and the Members of the House of Representatives of Thailand related with Migrant Workers Issues in Tak Province, Thai-Myanmar Border, Displaced Communities issues due to the armed-conflicts inside Myanmar, Restrictive Information Issues, Border Trade and Challenges.
According to the Meeting Agenda, Mr. Rangsiman Rome, the Chairman of the Border Affairs Department of the National Security Commission of Thailand, firstly talked opening greetings. Then, responsible persons presented and discussed about the sectors of the Migrant Issues, Border Trade, illegal online gambling activities, Displaced issues and Refugee Camps.
Then, U Phoe Thingyan, Executive Director of Overseas Irrawaddy Association mainly presented and discussed about the fled HRDs due to the political situations in Myanmar and Displaced Civilians at Thai-Myanmar Border including
-Thailand’s request in cooperation with the international community not to make air strikes and artillery shelling missions near Borderline (restricted zones) for the physical and mental security of Displaced Civilians near Thaungyin River and Thai Public who are currently living in Thailand Side.
-Releasing living permits (Htawyaw 38) with systematical analysis like in 2005 for the dedications of systematically usage to human resources of displaced civilians according to Political Conflicts in Myanmar.
-Allowing more for in-kind food items provisions to the displaced civilians.
After the discussions, responsible persons openly discussed and inquired about they wanted to know and shared the information.
